Representative  Sanders moved and asked unanimous consent that the

Relating to requesting the United States Congress to repeal the               
"Brady Handgun Protection Act".                                                
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
Representative Sanders placed a call of the House and lifted the call.         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House rescind previous action in               
failing to pass HJR 35 (fld H) on reconsideration?"  The roll was taken
